Description

The Project Managers execute new tire projects by leading the cross-functional teams (incl. R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Sales). Supported by a senior Product Category Manager, they will drive new products through the conceptualization, development, industrialization and commercialization phase according to Bridgestone standardized working methodologies for both stage gating and Project management. They orchestrate and align the efforts of the various stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of their projects, securing timely launch, cost and quality.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm 

Responsibilities

1. Project Initiating: identify the stakeholders and the project deliverables based on the

business requirements.

2. Project Planning: Define the project scope, develop a schedule and identify the risks

based on Bridgestone standardized methodology. Conduct kick-off meeting and get

the plan approved.

3. Project Executing: Lead the project team to achieve the project deliverables, ensure

continuous alignment via extensive communication and regular meetings with the

team.

4. Project Controlling: control the schedule, monitor the risks and support continuous

improvement of the Bridgestone projects by analyzing and documenting lessons

learned.

5. Project Closing: Prepare the documentation/deliverables, including Business Case, to

Description

Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing complex industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical systems.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm 

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, implement, or improve electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial or domestic purposes. Perform a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment and confer with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.

  • Ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings or topographical maps. Establish construction, manufacturing or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations and ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities.

  • Write reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies. Prepare specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials. Supervise or training project team members. Estimate material, labour, or construction costs for budget preparation. Maintain electrical equipment and work with a variety of technicians.
